As a small family business we're all about providing high quality works and outstanding customer service.We are on the look out for an experienced and self motivated individual who can work as a part of a close knit team, servicing Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast regions dependent on your location. Previous experience within the insurance industry is preferred as this role is based around meeting a high level of customer service and industry KPI's.Your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Meeting both external and internal KPI'sPreparation of Insurance assessments/ expert reportsVerbal and written communication to keep clients and staff well informedCreating detailed scopes and estimatesWorking with our supervisors and coordinators to achieve set budgets and KPI'sWoking within our databases and online portalsUp to date knowledge of current Australian and National standardsIdeally, we are looking for a highly experienced individual with proven industry knowledge and experience. Digital literacy will be required and experience working with Prime Ecosystems software is essential, you must have a valid driver's license and white card.
