The College is flexible around days and hours across either 3 or 4 days for the successful candidate.The Risk and Compliance Officer works closely with the Business Manager, HR Manager, Operations, Learning Leaders and leadership team to ensure the College's frameworks are developed and properly managed to control risks, improve operational efficiencies and ensure compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.The role will involve administration, risk and compliance documentation, auditing and reporting across a range of key business areas and will also involve supporting the HR Manager when required.The Risk and Compliance Officer is a member of the Administration Team and in this role is directly accountable to the Principal through the Business Manager.About youCertificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management (desirable)Certificate IV in Work, Health & Safety (desirable)Previous experience managing Enterprise Risk Management,
