Shifts are 12 hours,
including a 30-minute paid lunch break.What You Will Be DoingOperating mobile cranes and Franna pick-and-carry units across maintenance and shutdown activitiesLifting and positioning equipment and mechanical components alongside rigging crewsCompleting pre-start checks and daily plant inspectionsMaintaining safe exclusion zones and working to approved lift plansSupporting shutdown activities as requiredPerforming rigging and any other tasks directed by the supervisorWhat We Are Looking ForEssential:HRWL: Non-slewing Mobile Crane (CN)HRWL: Elevated Work Platform (WP)Working at Heights (WAH)Confined Space Entry (CSE)White CardCurrent driver's licence (HR or above preferred)Full Australian Working RightsMust be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator mask (3M 7500 or equivalent)Desirable:HRWL: Slewing Mobile Crane (CO)HRWL: Basic Rigging (RB) minimum, Advanced Rigging (RA) preferredHRWL: Forklift (LF)First Aid / CPRPrevious FIFO or fixed plant experienceWhat We OfferFULL TIME: $57.96 phCASUAL: $72.45 phNIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE: $8.69 phSite allowance paid in addition to hourly wagesOngoing 2:1 roster with permanent and casual opportunitiesPaid travel to and from site, along with paid lunches while on shiftPermanent employees have access to Paywise salary sacrifice (electronics, vehicles, airport parking and more)Monthly ACE Employee Recognition AwardsSuperannuation paid on ordinary hoursShutdown bonus available
