Each is seeking an Operations Manager for the Better Connect program, a regional mental health and AoD initiative. You will oversee hub operations, ensure integrated service delivery, and drive governance, budgeting, reporting, and staff development to enhance client outcomes.

You will lead cooperative care pathways, foster innovation, and ensure fidelity to contract requirements across all streams in Central Queensland, Wide Bay, and Sunshine Coast regions.
