St Vincent's Care Services on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a proactive Rostering Coordinator to join our Maroochydore team. You will coordinate rosters, allocate staff, and support resident care needs in a 130-bed aged care community within a vibrant local setting.

You will work with CMS scheduling tools, manage vacancies and leave in collaboration with operations, and deliver reliable, high-quality service while building solid team relationships.
