Healthcare Australia is seeking a Roving Care Manager to provide hands-on clinical leadership across multiple residential aged care homes. You will work with General Managers and clinical teams to ensure high-quality, person-centred care while supporting governance and continuous improvement.

This role offers autonomy with the backing of an established leadership group, travel across Victoria and Recent South Wales, and a permanent, full-time arrangement with salary up to $170,000 plus super.
