Taronga Conservation Society Australia is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Officer to join the Zoo Friends team at Taronga Zoo Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for Zoo Friends members, handling phone and email enquiries with friendly, professional service.

The role supports memberships, bookings and member benefits within a rapid-paced contact centre, with shift patterns Monday to Friday 8:45am–5:06pm and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
