adidas Australia is seeking an Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for the Auburn Redyard Factory Outlet in Auburn, NSW. This full-time role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and maintain brand standards.

You'll lead a small team, coach staff, execute Visual Merchandising guidelines, manage stock flow and inventory processes, and contribute to a high-performing store setting consistent with adidas' global values.
