Bega Group is seeking a Distribution Centre Manager for its Chelsea Heights site in Melbourne’s south-east. You will lead outbound logistics with ~50 indirect/direct reports to deliver protected, efficient warehouse operations and align with strategic objectives.

You will drive safety, performance, and collaboration across teams, with responsibilities spanning service delivery, quality, and cost targets while partnering with internal stakeholders and cross-site teams.
