Job Description

Crightons Rural Engineering is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Operator to support our operations located in Hay South NSW. Duties and responsibilities

- Operate onsite plant and equipment as required (Excavators, Dump trucks, Backhoes and other various Earth Moving Equipment's)
- Loading and stockpiling of materials
- Direct traffic within the transfer station and provide general information to customers as required
- Maintain all buildings, grounds, roadways, and landscaping in a clean and tidy condition always.
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required
- Working collaboratively with the site team to meet production targets

Skills and responsibilities

- Current driver's licence
- Licensed to operator plant equipment (essential Front-End Loader and Excavator)
- Experience operating earthmoving equipment, such as, but not limited to compactors, bulldozers,
- A robust commitment to safety

Salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 PA commensurate with experience Fulltime position available Applications open on 29th October 2026 and closes on 29th November 2026
