The Tasmanian Department of Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Mental Health) to lead three small acute community services, providing triage, assessment and brief interventions for adults with mental health concerns. You will work with emergency services, EDs and GPs to develop trauma-informed treatment plans that promote recovery and wellbeing.
