Are you a passionate junior Sonographer with a big heart and interest in women's health? Do you want to learn to perform Deep Endometriosis Scans and tertiary Obstetric ultrasound? At Haven Women's Ultrasound, we’re looking for a dedicated junior Sonographer to join our team and expand our service on the Gold Coast.

Haven is a boutique ultrasound clinic committed to providing a nurturing, safe, and comforting experience for all women- whether they visit us for pregnancy, gynaecological challenges, fertility support, or genetic screening.

Our private practice specialises in Obstetrics and Gynaecology ultrasound, working alongside Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to deliver exceptional care for high- and low-risk pregnancies. This role is for a junior (current Graduate Sonographer) wanting to upskill in the area of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (all training provided).

Available Positions

- Full-time or Part-time Sonographer role on the Gold Coast, offering flexible hours/roster to prioritise work/life balance.

Qualifications & Experience





- Newly Qualified Sonographer (or current Student Sonographer about to qualify in 2026/start of 2027) with current ASAR registration.
- Enthusiasm to learn about tertiary Obstetrics and Gynaecology!
- Willing to work towards Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone and Uterine Artery Accreditation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional OB/GYN ultrasound imaging with precision, ensuring a nurturing and dignified patient experience. Including routine pelvic scan, deep endometriosis scans, all obstetrics scans (including dating, Early Structural Assessment, pre-eclampsia screening, Morphology scans, growth scans) and assist in procedures such as CVS/Amniocentesis and Tubal Patency tests.
- Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking skills to balance workload and provide timely care.
- Communicate with compassion and professionalism, fostering trust with patients and colleagues.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in imaging and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (including Doctors, midwives and administration team) to uphold our values of excellence and care.
- Show a passion for improving patient outcomes in a growing, values-driven team.
