The Law Society of Current South Wales is Australia’s largest membership body for solicitors. It seeks a full-time Investigations Solicitor to join the Legal Regulation team, based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working.

You will conduct investigations of complaints about lawyers, examine suitability issues, and provide well-reasoned recommendations to the Director and the Council. You will manage a mix of complex matters, draft notices and memoranda, and liaise with multiple stakeholders while upholding
