Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) seeks a CAMHS Mental Health Worker to deliver assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment and intensive case management for children, adolescents and families. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide trauma-informed, recovery-focused care and partner with families and community services to improve wellbeing across the Central Coast.
