Mercy Health is seeking a Technical Support Officer to deliver reliable 1st and 2nd line IT support across Mercy Health facilities. The role emphasizes patient-centric care, strong communication, and hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

This onsite position involves supporting the standard operating setting, deploying hardware and software, and travelling to Mercy Health sites as needed. A tertiary IT qualification and relevant healthcare IT experience are highly regarded.
