Prestige Health Services Australia (PHSA) is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to deliver assessment, intervention and case management services under WorkCover Queensland and Self Insurance Schemes.

Core tasks include single service assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work case management, along with worksite and ergonomic assessments to support client independence.
