NRMA Parks and Resorts seeks a senior Food & Beverage leader to drive the guest dining experience across Pumphouse Point and Derwent Bridge Hotel. You will lead from the floor, coach teams, and champion service excellence while delivering memorable Tasmania experiences.

You will manage rostering, budgeting, and revenue growth, coordinating group dining and events in a remote wilderness setting with in office staff accommodation.
