Working alongside our Property Management team, you will be conducting routine property inspections and preparing clear, accurate reports for properties across the Buderim, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore areas. A work car will be provided for travel between properties.

Key responsibilities

Conducting routine property inspections and preparing transparent, accurate reports

Accompanying a senior Property Manager to assist with entry and exit condition reports

Identifying and reporting maintenance items or concerns

Communicating professionally with tenants and our team

About you

Organised, dependable and comfortable working independently

Good attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner

A current Queensland real estate registration certificate or real estate licence

A current driver's licence

Confidence using technology to complete inspection reports

Availability to work through to Christmas

Previous property management or inspection experience would be welcome
