WhatYou’llBe Doing

You’llmanage branch operations, lead your team, and oversee day-to-day vehiclelogisticsand customer delivery, including:

- Coordinating the preparation, delivery, return, and maintenance of Compass vehicles
- Managing daily workflows and supporting your team’s performance
- Providing hands-on support to ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for delivery
- Leading by example in customer service and issue resolution
- Completing branch reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all vehicles meet Compass standards
- Collaborating with the Senior Branch Manager toidentifyopportunities for improvement
- Ensuring safety, compliance, and cleanliness across the branch

WhatYou’llBring

- 2+ years in a face-to-face customer service role
- Previousexperience managing or leading a small team (preferred)
- Strong communication,logistics, and problem-solving skills
- High levelof computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems




- Strong administration and time management ability
- Experience in the rental, fleet, or vehicle industry (advantageous)
- Understanding oflogisticsin the motor trade, smash repair, or dealerships (ideal but not essential)
