SEEK is seeking a Plumbing Supervisor to lead residential emergency and maintenance plumbers across Sydney. This field-based leadership role moves you away from day-to-day tooling while you coach teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive performance metrics, and partner with operations to schedule and resource jobs. A NSW Plumbing Contractor Licence and solid leadership are essential.
