Key responsibilities

- Lead a small team of warehouse operators to pick and pack customer orders safely and accurately.
- Coordinate customer, stock and manufacturing documentation to keep orders and operations moving.
- Ensure prompt and accurate order fulfilment.
- Control the receipt and despatch of goods across a busy manufacturing and distribution site.
- Maintain accurate stock records and oversee ongoing stocktakes using established systems.
- Coordinate local and interstate transport

About you

- Experience in a similar warehouse, despatch or distribution role.
- A current forklift licence and Australian driver’s licence.
- Confidence leading a team and coordinating competing priorities in a busy, hands-on environment.
- The ability to identify issues, take ownership and resolve them practically.
- Excellent computer skills; experience with MYOB Acumatica will be advantageous, howver not mandatory
- Strong stock control skills and a proactive approach to improving daily operations.
- The ability to uphold safety and quality assurance systems and processes.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to support other areas of the business.
