Beak & Johnston, one of Australia’s leading meat manufacturers, is seeking motivated Knife Hands to join our Meat Preparation Team in Sydney. You will trim, slice and portion meat to specification while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety and sanitation.

In this hands-on, full-time role you’ll work in a fast-paced production setting alongside a collaborative team. Training in knife skills and opportunities for career progression are provided.
