Estia Health in Victoria is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our lifestyle and volunteer team, delivering creative personal, social, and emotional care for residents. You will design and maintain engaging programs aligned to residents' needs and preferences, manage budgets, and guide Lifestyle Assistant recruitment. You will build strong relationships with residents and families, coordinate activities inside and outside the home, and work with the care team to meet residents’ evolving
