One Playground is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO in Sydney. You will manage the Founder’s calendar, inbox, and priorities, coordinate leadership meetings and events, and ensure timely follow-ups across a growing portfolio of projects and locations.

You will build a trusted partnership with the Founder, handling both professional and personal matters to maximise his time for design, brand, marketing and people. This is a high‑standard, high‑impact role in a energetic team.
