Adecco Australia Group is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee its Australian manufacturing operations. You will lead day-to-day factory operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate with the global parent organisation.

The role requires business-level Japanese and English, solid procurement and supplier-management knowledge, and compliance with local laws, health and safety standards. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
