Maestro Hospitality is seeking a Precinct Head Sommelier to oversee wine operations across a’Mare and Vista’Mare at Crown Sydney. Lead wine service, develop the wine program and deliver exceptional guest experiences alongside the Beverage Director and leadership team.

The role requires significant sommelier experience in premium settings, robust Italian wine knowledge, WSET Level 3 or equivalent, and the ability to train and elevate FOH teams. NSW RSA and Australian working rights are required.
