As aCare Companionyou will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

- Providinga range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adheringto health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providingmeaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive.
- Part Time Afternoon shift Wednesday through to Sunday 2.45PM to 9.00PM
- We also have Fixed term employment contract Sunday to Thursday 7.00 AM to 3.00 PM starting 15th of December through to 15th of April 2027

About You

Above all, you will align to ourValues of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.

Does this sound like you?

- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Able to read and write English
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support or Cert 4 in disability support.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including Influenza 2026
- Prerequisite that you have full work rights for this role as its 4 days per week.
