About the Role

As our Blueys Team Leader, you'll play an important role in supporting the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring our members and guests receive an outstanding dining experience.

You'll work closely with management to maintain high service standards, support your team and ensure every shift runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and support the Blueys team during service.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming dining experience.

- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure shifts run efficiently.





- Provide guidance, training and feedback to team members.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety.

- Assist with resolving customer concerns professionally.

- Work collaboratively with management to improve service and team performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.

- Is confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment.

- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Takes initiative and isn't afraid to jump in and help.

- Has a positive, approachable and professional attitude.

- Is passionate about developing others and delivering great service.

- Is flexible to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends.
