Hume Community Housing is recruiting a Housing Officer for Western and South West Sydney. You will manage a diverse tenancy portfolio, assist customers to sustain tenancies and contribute to protected neighbourhoods. The role includes home visits, inspections and proactive case management with NCAT involvement.
You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tenancy compliance and positive outcomes for residents, including managing financial hardship and complex customer matters.
