Darling Downs Health in Queensland seeks an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advanced Health Worker to support culturally protected care journeys for ATSI people, coordinating access to services and strengthening links between patients, families and healthcare teams.

Working with a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver health education, advocate for consumers, engage communities, and build partnerships with community organisations to improve access and continuity of care.
