Accounts Payable Officer | 3-month Temp

Company Profile

An established aged care organisation is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join its finance team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support to day-to-day accounts payable operations.

The Role

- Process high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Manage invoice workflows and ensure timely processing of accounts payable transactions.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and supplier queries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support efficient accounts payable operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve invoice-related issues.

Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with both Basware and TechnologyOne. Experience with both systems is mandatory, and candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role.




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing invoices.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and hit the ground running with minimal training.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
- $46.70 per hour + super.
- Initially 3 days per week, with potential to increase to 5 days depending on workload.
