Production Team Leader (Factory Hand Opportunities Also Available)

Globalcote is a proudly Australian-owned and operated manufacturer based in Capalaba, Queensland. Since 2010, we have been producing high-quality exterior specialty coatings supplied throughout Australia and international markets.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Team Leader to join our production team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with manufacturing, production or warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, maintaining high standards, and supporting a productive team environment.

While our primary focus is recruiting a Production Team Leader, we also have Factory Hand opportunities available and welcome applications from motivated candidates with manufacturing, warehouse or production experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the manufacture, packaging and dispatch of specialty coating products
- Coordinate and support daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
- Lead by example and assist with training and mentoring team members
- Monitor product quality and ensure production procedures are followed
- Assist with inventory management, stock control and warehouse organisation
- Operate forklifts and production equipment (where licensed and trained)




- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting products up to 30kg

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse setting
- Demonstrated leadership, supervisory or team coordination experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record
- The ability to understand and follow technical specifications and production procedures
- Current manual driver's licence (essential)
- Forklift licence highly regarded
- MR licence advantageous

While previous leadership experience is preferred, we also welcome applications from experienced manufacturing personnel who are looking to step into their first leadership role.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
