UPCOMING SCHOOL HOLIDAY WORK - Bus/Coach Driver - Casual

Town and Country Coaches Pty Ltd - Burbank QLD

Town and Country Coaches along with our minibus division Brisbane Mini Bus Charters has a large project coming up in January 2027 and we are looking for additional skilled drivers to help us through this busy period.

Our fleet of mini, midi and large modern coaches requires you to have a minimum MR licence and ideally some heavy vehicle or light truck driving experience. Ideally you will already have your DA as you'll hit the ground running after your induction and training.

Training for this project will commence during the school holidays (14-18 December 2026) ready to commence 04 January 2027. Continuous work is available until 25 January 2027 with driver shifts ranging from 25-45 hours/week depending on what you're looking for.

This role has been specifically tailored for school bus drivers who traditionally have time off over holiday periods.

Ongoing permanent casual work is available after this project should you love us so much that you don't want to leave!!

Here's some other information about casual roles with TCC;

- 5-35hrs per week - depending on what you're looking for
- We roster to minimise split shifts - to keep your travel time to a minimum
- No reduction in hourly rate for 'wait time' - you're paid from depot sign on to depot sign off
- Evening/weekend work available which you will have the option to take on
- We love to job share - so don't be afraid to apply even if you're just looking for a few days each week

Please do not apply if you do not have a minimum MR licence or if you do not currently live (or intend to live) within 30km of our depot.

Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs. Don't transfer any money or complete suspicious online surveys. If you see something suspicious, report this job ad.
