About you

Previous experience as a Chef in a busy bistro, pub, restaurant, or similar venue.

Strong experience working on grill and pan stations.

Experience catering for functions and events.

Ability to work independently and make decisions without supervision.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.





Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Reliable, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
