ACAC - ATLANTIC COAST ATHLETIC CLUBS is seeking a Youth Programs Director to elevate After School Adventures, Summer Camp, Kids Nights Out and more. You’ll lead a high-energy team, design engaging youth experiences, and ensure programs run smoothly and safely.

This role blends creativity with operations: recruit and mentor staff, build schedules, coach performance, manage partnerships with families, and plan events that boost attendance and revenue.
