Golding is seeking an HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join our Brisbane-based HR team. You will provide practical employee and industrial relations support across our operations, partnering with leaders on workplace matters, investigations, performance management and HR compliance.
Experience within mining, civil construction or other blue-collar environments is valued. Adaptable work from home and Brisbane office with regular travel to project sites.
