Sharp & Carter is partnering with a leading aged care provider to recruit a Care Manager (Clinical) for a large residential home in Geelong. The role reports to the RACM/Facility Manager and acts as second-in-charge, guiding clinical operations and people leadership.

You will lead clinical operations, mentor nursing teams, drive quality outcomes and ensure protected, person-centred care for 100–150+ residents in a well-supported environment.
