NSW Health's Western Sydney Local Health District invites experienced Mental Health Clinicians to join the Community Acute Care Team in Parramatta. Based at Jeffrey House, you will deliver short-term crisis resolution and intensive home treatment for people experiencing acute mental health challenges within a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop care plans with consumers and families, coordinate with GPs, NGOs and community services, and contribute to clinical reviews and quality improvement
