Optiver’s Software Developer Intern program offers a hands-on, immersive experience in a fast-paced trading setting. You’ll work with senior engineers to build latency-sensitive components and gain exposure to exchange protocols, pricing models, and automated strategies.

Across the 10-week program, you’ll receive mentorship, training, and real projects that contribute to our markets. Strong performance could lead to a full-time graduate opportunity.
