Anglicare is seeking an experienced Servery Supervisor to lead the Elizabeth Lodge kitchen and dining services in Rushcutters Bay. You will oversee meal preparation, service quality and staff rostering while ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-presented meals with compassionate care.

You will apply HACCP principles, manage budgets and order inventory, and collaborate with clinical teams to tailor menus for diverse resident needs.
