We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Transport Operations Coordinator to provide clerical and administrative support within our Transport Distribution Centre (DC) at Brisbane Airport.

Roster – Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform general clerical and administrative tasks related to fleet and transport operations.

Organise and maintain documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Assist in maintaining the fleet and maintenance data base and schedule.

Support scheduling and coordination of transport logistics as needed.

Assist with financial tracking and record-keeping related to transport and fleet operations.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

About You:

Relevant general clerical/administrative experience preferably within a fleet or transport operations.

Intermediate user proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop creative solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency in using ERP and Transport management systems and tools is preferred but not required.

Strong team player with the ability to support team members effectively.
