Delivery Concierge Leader – One Circular Quay, Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

We are looking for a full time position to oversee our delivery services at our new luxury residential development in Circular Quay. Set on the Sydney CBD waterfront, One Circular Quay offers a unique workplace where you’ll play a key role in providing a truly 6-star resident experience.

This is a Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm full time, salaried role.

The job:

Oversee and lead a team of three responsible for all building delivery and logistics services.

Manage the daily operations of the mailroom, including parcel receipt, tracking, storage and resident distribution.

Coordinate and oversee all resident move-in and move-out services, ensuring a seamless, premium experience.

Implement and maintain efficient systems, processes and procedures for parcel management and delivery operations.

Ensure accurate record-keeping, system updates and tracking of all deliveries and resident movements.





Maintain exceptional service standards, operational efficiency and attention to detail in line with a six-star residential environment.

Experience in logistics, delivery, mail room, high volume services, 5 star hotels/guest services

We are looking for customer-facing, customer focused professionals

High level of computer and administration skills

Impeccable presentation and grooming required

Ability to safely carry out the physical requirements of the role
