Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an organised and safe work environment.
- Manage the return,
cleaning and filing of Flexographic Printing Plates.
- Mount Printing Plates for Flexographic Printing Press, using automated equipment.
- Assist on Flexographic Printing Press as required.
- Perform general factory and administrative duties as required.
- Undertake other duties as directed by management.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience as a Flexographic Printing Plate Mounter.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- 4 day working week (10 hour/day rotational shift roster).
- Base wage $30-$33/hour plus applicable shift loadings and allowances.
