About the Role

As a Property Manager,



you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio while delivering exceptional service to our valued landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Managing lease renewals and rent reviews

Overseeing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs

Managing rental arrears and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Handling tenant enquiries and resolving matters professionally

Working closely with our dedicated Property Inspectors and Leasing Team

Ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently and proactively

Keeping owners informed through regular communication and updates

The best part? With dedicated Property Inspectors conducting routine inspections, you'll have more time to focus on your clients, your portfolio and delivering excellent results.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building relationships and brings a positive attitude to the office.

Ideally, you will have:

Previous experience in property management

A valid driver's licence

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Confidence in resolving challenges and finding solutions

The ability to work independently while contributing to a team setting

A positive, professional and proactive attitude
