Bendigo Bank – Community Bank Galston in NSW is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our branch. You will help customers meet their banking goals through transactions, advice, and support for online platforms, while maintaining risk controls and delivering exceptional service.
You'll work with a team to understand customers' needs, promote appropriate products, and support digital literacy. This is a permanent, full time role in Galston with a 76-hour fortnight roster.
