About the Role:
- Measure, cut, assemble, and finish cabinetry components
- Read and interpret design plans to determine project requirements
- Operate workshop machinery such as panel saws and edge banders
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Ensure all work meets high-quality craftsmanship standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a custom joinery or cabinetry business
- Capable and familiar with custom and detailed joinery (e.g. proud kickboards,
custom rangehood boxes, laminating, curved works etc.)
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work
- A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- A valid driver’s license (to assist with deliveries if required)
