About the Role

Location: Work from Home or hybrid/office depending on location

Hours of Work: Full Time, Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a professional to join our Careers team who can confidently deliver recruitment outcomes in a quick-paced environment across a range of roles (blue collar through to corporate management), manage competing priorities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

What You’ll Do

Partner with leaders across the Company and our related entities to understand their hiring needs, identify the skills and experience required, and deliver recruitment outcomes, ensuring critical hiring needs are met.

Source, screen, assess and shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Actively headhunt candidates using various platforms and other recruitment tools.

Drive exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences through proactive communication, effective process management and quality delivery.

Use recruitment data,



labour market intelligence and continuous improvement practices to optimise hiring outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated success delivering recruitment outcomes across professional, administrative, mechanical, transport and operational workforce segments.

Demonstrated experience to attract, source and assess candidates across a diverse range of roles.

Proven adaptability, initiative and strong work ethic to deliver quality outcomes across both high-volume recruitment as well as challenging hard-to-fill roles.

You’ll be a team player, happy to share your expertise, offer helpful recommendations and bounce across roles where you’re needed.

Demonstrated headhunting experience, with a focus on identifying and engaging talent across a wide range of roles in a fast-paced industry.

Experience developing sourcing strategies, talent pipelines and market-mapping approaches to attract quality talent.

Willingness to step into a leadership role within the team whilst still completing day-to-day recruiting.
