Alchemy Saunas is seeking two Area Coordinators to support daily operations across North and South venues from our WA HQ. This part-time role (22.8 hours/week) involves coordinating staffing, maintaining standards and supporting front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You will work with Area Managers and frontline teams, handling rostering, staff onboarding and performance check-ins while travelling between venues as needed.
