Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking an experienced leader to join our Boarding House as Deputy Director of Boarding. Reporting to the Director of Boarding, this in office role will oversee day-to-day operations and foster a safe, supportive residential environment for students.

You will lead a dedicated boarding staff, coordinate wellbeing initiatives, and work closely with families and school colleagues to promote student growth, wellbeing, and success.
