We are seeking an Optical Assistant in a permanent, full time role to join our dynamic team. Our Optical Assistants play a vital role in our stores and will be responsible for the following duties:





Provide high level customer service on the retail floor and assist with selecting frames and provide in depth product information

Managing our busy diary of customer appointments

Adjusting and fitting customers frames and ensuring our product exceedes their expectations.

Ensure merchandising standards are met including general cleanliness of the store

The successful candidate will have a rewarding career with Specsavers and will possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience of 2yrs or more in a customer service/retail role or similar

A self-starter with a sense of humour who enjoys variety and a busy environment

Excellent verbal and written skills with solid attention to detail

The ability to build genuine and supportive relationships with colleagues and customers
